Refund policy

At LoomVinchi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As our unique products are manufactured and shipped directly by our trusted partner, in Italy, our refund policy aligns closely with their guidelines to ensure a consistent and fair process for all customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Original Packaging: It must be returned in its original packaging, including any dust bags, labels, or protective materials.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation email or invoice) is required.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items or items purchased with a significant discount (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
  • Customized or personalized products, as these are made specifically for you and cannot be restocked.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Please DO NOT send your purchase directly back to any other address without prior authorization from LoomVinchi. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

When contacting us, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • The item(s) you wish to return.
  • The reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, defective, changed mind).
  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Once your return request is approved by LoomVinchi, we will provide you with detailed instructions, including the return shipping address (which may be our manufacturer's facility or a designated return center), and any necessary return authorization codes.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part (see Section 5). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Tracking: If you are returning an item, especially one of high value, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and LoomVinchi is not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received by manufacturer (or our designated return center) and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition and eligibility.

If your refund is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable):

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in the quality of our products, but occasionally issues can arise. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect (e.g., wrong size, color, or product), please contact LoomVinchi Customer Service immediately within [e.g., 48 hours to 7 days] of receiving your order.

  • Please provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

6. Exchanges

We generally do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return for the original item (following the process in Section 2) and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest and most accurate processing.
